Olive and Thyme Catering was founded by husband and wife team Ilias and Renee Patsiaouras in 2016. The business was born after their daughter’s christening and first birthday, and seeing a gap in the market for superior quality handmade food that is beautifully presented and tastes just like homemade should.
Together they started with a small menu of items, and within the first week of advertising on social media, they were fully booked for the following two months. This inspired them to grow their menu, test and perfect different recipes, and expand their product offering. Many of the recipes used in the Olive and Thyme kitchen are third generation recipes, and ones that were used in Ilias family restaurant in Germany.
Today Olive and Thyme Catering offer a broad menu of Finger Food, Buffet Food and Grazing Station options for Corporate Catering and Private Events, with over 98% of the food being homemade in our kitchens. The menus are fully tailorable to suit the customer’s needs, and they can cater for up to 2000 people.
